I ordered a Chinese bike jack online which was delayed as not in stock. I didn’t realise it was poor quality and eventually cancelled the order due to ongoing delays. I then searched and found 1Jac and saw the high quality of the product which justified the extra cost. Since delivery, I am very pleased with the product’s quality, its function, and the email support from Chris. I recommend this product.
Chris Ellis, Suzuki GSXR750, Bristol, UK - May 2019
I bought two 1Jac stands - and ordered them in colours to "match" the Street Triples that my wife and I each own. The 1Jacs are just superb - easy and safe to use; lift both wheels clear of the ground; allow the lifted 'bike to be spun around easily in its own length, which is simply brilliant in the tight space of a very crowded garage! They are very definitely a premium product with top quality materials and finish adding to the overall feel of high class design and uncompromising construction values.Having tried other lift/stands I am confident that I finally found the best and can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend them to anyone with a need for a lift/stand.
Adrian Page, Triumph Street Triple, Devon, UK - May 2019
Thanks for making me a top quality 1jac. I needed something quick, easy, strong, compact and durable. I'm so glad I bought this.
Byron Rogers, Yamaha R1, Bridgend, UK - April 2019
I just wanted to drop you an email to say that the jack arrived in good time. I took my time setting it up and it was a little fiddly to start with (especially with my wife nervously holding the bike upright). But once on its a pretty great bit of kit for working on, cleaning and storing the bike. Really happy with it.
Ben Brook, Kawasaki Z1000SX, Isle of Man, UK - Feb 2019
Hi Chris, your product is amazing and my hubby said he has no idea how he coped before he got it! He changed his bike a few weeks ago, so I thought I would buy him a new kit for Christmas. He raves about how great the Jac is. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year
Jayne Edge, Suzuki GSXS1000, Biggar, South Lanarkshire, UK - Dec 2018
I have had several lifts in the past few years and I wouldn't now be without mine, I love It! Thanks for all your help.
Steve Morgan, Yamaha MT-10, Llanelli, UK - Dec 2018
Sorry it took a while but I have sent you a photo of the MT10 on my trusty 1jac lift. Brilliant as always and makes life 10x easier.
Gary Mason, Yamaha MT-10, Leeds, UK - Aug 2018
Can’t tell you how good this Jac is. Makes my life soooooo much easier. Thank you so much
Lynne Taylor, Kawasaki ER6N, Bolton, UK - Aug 2018
Thank you for the fast and pleasant service. I first saw the 1jac at the NEC motorcycle show in 2014 and thought what a cracking bit of kit, I then forgot all about it until I saw the video again on YouTube. This time I decided to order one for my new GSXR1000R and another kit for my GSXR1000K9, on unpacking the box I was amazed by the quality of the 1Jac, the paintwork and the plating was top quality and the instructions so easy to follow. From start to finish it took me half an hour. I haven't fitted the kit to the K9 but I'm sure it will be just as easy. Thanks once again
Steve Boudrey, Suzuki GSXR1000, Aylesbury, UK - July 2018
Buying a 1Jac means you will be buying a really good piece of engineering and a very useable addition to the garage, but more importantly you will be buying a standard of service second to none, and a standard of service that will continue over the years of ownership. We purchased the 1Jac at the NEC a couple of years back but had a problem with the setting up of the stand. Unfortunately, convinced the issue was my mechanical ability or rather the lack of it, we did not contact Chris at the time, another mistake I made. I later decided to fit the stand to another bike and took the bike and stand to Chris to have the new fitting kit installed, not only was the kit fitted in front of me, but I got a lesson in the finer points of fitting the kit to the stand. I will use the stand on any other bike I buy in future, confident I could set the stand up correctly, it really is not too difficult if you follow the instructions closely. I can honestly say that the quality of the stand is really good but the quality of the customer service and after sales support is really exceptional and unfortunately a little too rare these days
Tony Mulhall, Kawasaki Z100SX, Bedford, UK - July 2018
Chris and the team at 1Jac have gone above and beyond in their customer service when I purchased the 1Jac stand. When I initially looked to buy the stand, I saw that they didn’t have a kit for my SV1000S however upon contacting them, they were very accommodating and said they can happily manufacture a kit for my bike and I’d be able to purchase one. I was kept up to date every step of the way, and when it came to go and collect the stand, Chris was even in my area and happily delivered the stand to my work place himself, which was fantastic. It was one of, if not the best purchase I’ve made for my bike, so if you’re thinking about buying it, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed!
Liam Dawes, Suzuki SV1000S, Shipley, UK - May 2018
I have had mine for 4 years, it's an excellent piece of equipment. Very good service, the staff always recognise me when I visit their stand at shows
PJ Rider, Kawasaki Ninja 636, Leeds, UK April 2018
I phoned 1JAC and spoke to Chris , placed my order and about 10 days later he dropped it off at my house on his way home from work. Now that's what I call service! 20 minutes later the jack was built and working superbly, good job all round.
Ian Jones, Suzuki GSXS1000F, Leeds, UK - Jan 2018
Picked my stand up from the 1Jac workshop today, assembled it as soon as I got home. All I can say is the build quality is first class and is a real investment for any biker. I will be buying a kit for my other Suzuki very soon
Chris Dolby, Suzuki GSXR1000 K6, Leeds, UK - Jan 2018
Purchased this absolutely brilliant piece of kit from Chris for my 2017 Superduke R. After a quick phone call told him what I was looking for and within the hour he sent me some photos and the price. Did not hesitate, if someone is looking for a quality British engineered bike lift pick up the phone and speak to these guys they are excellent. Looks like they take pride in what they do customer service is 5 ***** My pride and joy is airborne and it's so easy to move around, just effortless. Would definitely recommend these guys from Yorkshire Great to see something made in Britain. Well done to the 1Jac team, just check the website you won't be disappointed. I hope to see you at the Scottish bike show in March might buy you a wee malt whisky from a very happy Scotsman. Thanks again
David Sinclair, KTM Superduke R, Fife, UK - Jan 2018
Many thanks for the prompt delivery, I'm delighted with the kit, it does what it says on the tin!!
Patrick Munn, Ducati Panigale 1299, Launceston, UK - Dec 2017
New kits fits great, 25 minutes and it was airborne, really impressed with the lift, easy to use, thanks.
Martyn Turner, Kawasaki ZX6R, Cannock, UK - Nov 2017
Many thanks Chris and your team for your superb service in supplying me with a brilliant piece of kit, from measuring my bike up (GSXR 1000R L7), to delivering the stand to me in only 8 days what can I say!. I can not thank these guys highly enough, so easy to assemble and use, a brilliant engineered British made lift. many thanks again.
Neil Schofield, Suzuki GSXR1000 L7, Stockport, UK - September 2017
I bought my 1Jac for my 954 a few weeks ago. It makes servicing, moving and storing my bike in the only tight space I have available very easy indeed. The build quality and finish on the 1Jac is first class, and the bike feels very secure once raised off the floor. I also have a 1Jac for my Fireblade RRW too, had that one for 4 years now, still looks and operates as good as the day I bought it. I would recommend the 1Jac to anybody who needs a quality bike lift.
Patrick Hennessy, Honda Fireblade 954, London, UK - July 2017
I have been using the 1Jac now for over 12 months for storage, cleaning and light maintenance. I used it on my 954 Fireblade and have recently swapped it onto my new 2017 Fireblade after contacting 1Jac to get a new mounting plate. The delivery was quick and I was able to set it up in no time. It's so simple to use and allows me to move the bike with ease to tuck it away in the corner of the garage. It gets both wheels off the ground which makes sure there are no flat spots on the tyres during long periods of storage and makes chain adjustments and other maintenance easy. Chris and the guys at 1jac are very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. I would highly recommend one of these lifts to anyone. Thanks for making a great product
Chris Gracie, Honda Fireblade, Middlewich, UK - July 2017
Just got back home and the lift works perfectly. Slotted in straight away, although I had to ensure the bottom locator was fully inserted. It makes life easier in the limited space in the garage as well. Once again thank you both for your perseverance, and please pass my thanks onto Steve for working it through
Daniel Moore, Ducati Hypermotard, Bradford, UK - July 2017
Many thanks for your hard work and dedication in making the fitting kit for my RC45 I know the lengths you went to to carry this out for me. It all works very well the machine is balanced perfectly, I have attached some photos of the bike on the stand for you to add to your list of happy customers. I would like you to pass onto all your staff my many thanks and I will obviously being singing the 1 Jac praises with my contacts.
Richard Johnson, Honda RC45, Chesham, UK - May 2017
Just a quick message to say thanks for the 1Jac for my GSXR 750 SRAD '99. As you know a second plate was fabricated for me as the first one sent out didn't allow enough for my fairing. This was the first time you had been requested to supply a plate for this spec of Suzuki. The quality of this British lift is EXCELLENT and the service you and your team have given me during this short process matches the product. Thanks again
Andrew Gilfedder, Suzuki GSXR750 SRAD, Market Harborough, UK - March 2017
I have had three bikes in a short space of time, I originally had a Triumph Tiger and bought a kit for that then followed a Versys 1000 and bought a kit for that one too. Then I bought a BMW XR and had to wait a while for one to become available. I have to commend Chris at 1 JAC in promising to deliver a kit, the teams professionalism and customer service is the best I've ever come across and if you're reading this wondering should I take the plunge and buy a 1Jac and kit then go right ahead you won't find better.
Shaun Dyson, BMW S1000XR, London, UK - February 2017
Fantastic stand and easy to fit, will recommend to all, great value, top accessory, Again many thanks.
Adrian Bailey, Suzuki GSXR1000 L5, East Sussex, UK - February 2017
Having waited a year from visiting the Motorcycle show at Birmingham NEC in 2015, I managed to find the 1jac stand at this years show and purchased a bike lift for my Ducati Diavel. After initial set up followed by a few minor alterations to to the mechanism and turning around the engine mount bolt so that the lug could be fitted to the nearside it was all set up. Many thanks to Chris and the team for an excellent bike lift solution. I have a small garage so the compact size of the lift and its maneuverability makes it a perfect solution. I can highly recommend this piece of kit.
Andre Fox, Ducati Diavel, Dover, UK - December 2016
Thanks to Chris at 1Jac he sorted me out with an adaptor for my FZ8 to fit a 1Jac which I had bought from a mate. Really easy to fit and set up. Fantastic how you can spin the bike round in such a tight space and work on it. Good strong quality piece of kit and nice people to deal with
Mike Fletcher, Yamaha FZ8, Oxford, UK - December 2016
Just got home from work and on the kitchen table were 2 lovely shinny passes for the NEC bike show. My son picked them up today from your office as he went to work this morning for a few hours. Many thanks and much appreciated, it is a pleasure to have done business with you and true to your word we got what you promised. There are a few companies out there that need to take a leaf out of your book and look at your service to customers as it is 5 *****. Once again thank you and keep up the great work.
Darren Lewis, BMW1000RR, Bradford, UK - November 2016
Just to say a big thank you to Chris @1Jac for the excellent service he provided. I needed a stand for my new MT10 having looked on the 1Jac’s web site the bike was not listed, so I emailed them and found that they hadn’t a fitting kit for the MT10, but they thought it was the same as the R1, they very kindly sent me the R1 fitting kit to check for alignment. The fit was spot on and my new jack arrived two days later. It is a bit fiddly to set up and you need to use the fixing hole furthest away from the centre of the jack to avoid it clashing with the gear change when in the lifted position. Once assembled it’s a great piece of kit to add to your garage, it’s made a massive difference in space and enables me to slot the bike into a very difficult corner having another bike already in the garage. It’s a very well made, engineered to a high standard and it’s easy to use. I can highly recommend the 1Jac and the service the company provides.
Andrew, Yamaha MT-10, Derbyshire, UK - November 2016
Just to say thank you for your advice and assistance in supplying me with a pair of jacks for 2 of my motorbikes. I am delighted with the product and your service has been first class. Setting the stands up takes a little time, especially single handed (the wife is too nervous about dropping the bike). It’s definitely possible on your own, but for peace of mind two people would definitely be better. The blue jack compliments the HP4 perfectly and the black handle is a good contrast on the Hayabusa. Thanks again and use any parts/extracts of the above as you please, I'm a satisfied customer, pleased to buy British.
Kelson Land, Suzuki Hayabusa, Salisbury, UK - August 2016
1jac didn't do a kit for my bike, a Suzuki SV1000S, but I contacted them and they've made one for me...and what a fantastic piece of kit it is. I've got both an Abba superbike stand and a conventional paddock stand and they're both excellent at what they do but my 1jac allows me to move my bike around with both wheels off the ground which is just another level of usefulness....and I can do it in seconds. I can't recommend the product or their service highly enough and don't be put off if you can't find your bike listed - contact Chris and his team and chances are they'll get you sorted.
Neil Smith, Suzuki SV1000S, Hinckley, UK - July 2016
What a cracking piece of kit!!! Once set up it makes working on the bike so much easier. Solid and well manufactured it gives you the confidence to move the bike around without the worry of it falling. Can't recommend the 1jac enough....
Jamie Henderson, Triumph Sprint ST, Aberdeenshire, UK - June 2016
The best of British innovative engineering sums up the 1jac for me. What a great addition to any garage/ workshop, once set up it's perfect for working on the bike and moving it effortlessly around your work space. It's certainly not the cheapest kit of kit you'll buy for your bike but since when has the best been the cheapest? Once you've used a 1jac your old paddock stands will be redundant and you'll wonder how you managed without one. Forget the initial cost and ATB (add to basket) now.
Andy Fairclough, Ducati Panigale 1199, Hull, UK - June 2016
Brilliant, should have bought one years ago, as handy as a pair of gloves! Bit fiddly setting up but once done its really good and extremely well made. I would definitely recommend one.
Phil Cooper, Aprilia Tuono 1100, Manchester, UK - May 2016
Brilliant bit of kit, wish I had got it sooner. Makes life so much easier. Cleaning and maintaining is now so simple. Once up, can position where I want and turn her around ready to ride straight out. No paddock stands to trip over. Excellent product and customer service. If you have been thinking of getting one, what are you waiting for? Get it!!
Jon Lewis, Triumph Speed Triple, Wirral, UK - May 2016
Absolutely 1st class bit of kit, makes working on and maneuvering my bike around so easy to do. Glad I found out about your product. As and when I change my bike I will be ordering a new adaptor plate.
Ian Preston, Ducati Diavel, Retford, UK - May 2016
Thanks again for all your help getting the kit sorted for the blade; the stand has really saved me a lot of time and hassle being able to spin the bike round in the garage. My driveway is on the slope and the idea of backing it down it was just asking for trouble. It’s pretty much used every day (every day I’m on the bike that is) and it performs well every time. Just wanted to say I’m very happy, it’s been a real lifesaver! Thanks again
Dave Levy, Fireblade 954, Ascot, UK - May 2016
My Ducati 996S is finally off the ground. Thank you all so much for all your help...and patience. You all went way beyond good customer service, it has been excellent. I will definitely be recommending the 1Jac stand and your company to anyone who will listen!!!!
Neil Tasker, Ducati 998, Gosport, UK - May 2016
Just a few lines to say how pleased I'm with my 1jac. Having taken delivery of my 1jac a few days earlier, I quickly assembled the legs and got ready to prepare the rest of the jack to fit to my 2010 Fireblade, following the instructions. I actually managed the whole process from start to finish by myself which wasn't too much of a problem, but if you have someone to help then it will be quicker to line it all up. Once everything was in line and tightened and the adjuster bar locked, it was ready to lift. Perfect lift first time, with the front and rear wheels well clear of the ground. The mechanism is smooth to use, both up and down and it feels very safe when lifting. With the bike in the air it's solid and secure and is easily moved around. Taking the bike back down is just as straightforward. I'm extremely happy with my 1jac and highly recommend it. I use a dust cover for my bike in the garage and this still fits a treat when the bike is jacked. Great job everyone at 1jac and many thanks.
Tim Bird, Honda Fireblade, Yeovil, UK - April 2016
I now have two in the garage, S1000rr and a Street Triple. The product is simply brilliant and sells itself. The extra people should understand is the customer service. Think 5 star then add a star. My thanks to the team, nothing has been too much trouble. Brilliant. .
Sean Miller, Triumph Street Triple ,York, UK - April 2016
There is only a few words that describes 1 jac, perfect is only one of them. I had a few problems to start with but the after care service is second to none thanks again 1jac.
Stephen Nelson, Suzuki GSR750, Suffolk, UK - April 2016
I purchased a 1jac for my Z1000SX in March and was eager to set it up and test it out as soon as it arrived. Assembly was relatively straightforward and, after ensuring all fixings were correctly tightened, I employed the services of my better half to stand on the right hand side of the bike - just in case. I needn't have worried as the coupling worked perfectly and I was able to raise the bike in to the air with little effort. This wonderful piece of British engineering makes servicing and cleaning of the tyres, wheels, chain and sprockets an absolute breeze and I highly recommend 1jac, wondering how I've managed for so long without one. Many thanks once again.
Pete Walker, Kawasaki Z1000SX, Arnside, UK - April 2016
I bought this motor bike lift after hearing about it via a friend at work who had ordered one from you. The sole purpose was to enable me to ride my bike into the garage one day and appear the next day from the garage like Batman. Bike turned round with ease and ready to ride again. It works wonderfully. No more ten point turns inside the garage. I can easily turn the bike round on the 1JAC lift and even better position it right up against the garage wall out of the way. The 1JAC is well built, finished to high level and I am more than impressed with it. Bike turns on a sixpence and I can now even clean my tyres without rolling the bike back & forth (sad, but true!) I will certainly recommend it to fellow bikers, quite simply its a must own item! Well done... 10/10
David Elsworth, Triumph Daytona, Leeds, UK - April 2016
Received my 1jac yesterday in its massive box ! Took me 15 mins to assemble legs and lug to bike and nailed the easy setup of adapter plate/pins, this is a great piece of kit and lifted my Ducati Diavel with ease and has enabled me to neatly and easily move my bike tight up to the garage wall making room for another bike !!! WIN !!! Thanks to all at 1jac from a very happy customer for your great service since meeting you at the bike show in London a few weeks ago and the black lug was a nice touch to match my bike, Cheers Barry
Barry Johnson, Ducati Diavel, Southampton, UK - March 2016
After a fantastic day at the London bike show, I got contact details from 1jac as I was just in the process of buying my new bike and knew I wanted a jack from them after seeing them demonstrated at the show. As soon as I got my bike I rang them and ordered one. The jacks are extremely well made and have not compromised on any of the build! Fantastic customer service which means a lot to me too. I would advise any of my friends to deal with this company and it is an absolute "MUST HAVE" for any biker! Thanks 1jac
Matt Pease, Kawasaki Z1000, Leeds, UK - March 2016
I bought this stand for my 2015 ZX10R race bike and it is absolutely amazing for in the workshop and at the track. So much easier than paddock stands and cheaper than buying a decent set too. Certainly recommend these to anyone and have done already, I know one guy from work who came and checked mine out and ordered one for his bike the next day. They're that impressive!! Go buy one!!.
Stephen Harrison, Kawasaki ZX10R, Retford, UK - March 2016
What a fantastic product the 1 Jac stand is, ace for working on the bike even on the complex stuff like forks out, shock out and the bike is still mobile. A real sturdy piece of kit..
John Ingram Racing, BMW1000RR, Wigan, UK - February 2016
The definition of customer service and satisfaction is 1jac. Nothing less than 100% is acceptable to these guys. I was having difficulty setting up on my SP2. A call to Chris resulted in both Chris and Steve personally setting up the 1jac for me. The 1jac is an excellent piece of kit and coupled with their after sales service it is a company in which I can recommend without hesitation.
Colin Bentham, Honda SP2, Doncaster, UK - January 2016
Awesome bit of kit, had it a few years now, holds my GSXR1000 all winter. No more 33 point turns in the garage or in the yard, just a 180 spin n ready to ride out, thanks 1Jac
Wayne Hunt, Suzuki GSXR1000, Bishop Aukland, UK - January 2016
Hi Chris and every one at 1Jac. Having put off buying a 1Jac at last year's Motorcycle Live, I visited the show again this year - twice! I bought the 1Jac on the second visit. I now know that I should have bought one last year!! After a little tweaking and the bike is off the floor properly, I am very pleased with it. It means that I can now put the bike into the corner of my garage, leaving more room for other stuff. The 1Jac is such a great product, it takes no time at all to lift the bike or take it off. Thank you all
Paul Jarram, Honda Fireblade 900, Loughborough UK - January 2016
I know it's 10 months too late but the 1Jac you done me for the R1 is absolutely priceless, well made, easy to use, saves a lot of lugging the bike around or using paddock stands. Just need the one for me exup so pull ya fingers out will ya I want a matching pair! - Top bloke and no1 service, many many thanks to all you guys
Ian Thorburn, Yamaha R1, Bedford UK - November 2015
I have removed the carpet on the floor as I imagine it will roll better on the concrete. I have also greased the top pin and the receiving frame tube (can’t be a bad thing to delay any rusting if there is any paint in the tube and definitely if there is no paint in there !) and the 1Jac now glides in effortlessly, locating with a reassuring clunk! It lifts the bike with minimal effort, and is a breeze to turn around in the garage. My preference is for the 1Jac nearest the wall, this is the best orientation for me, but also prevents anyone “fiddling” with it. The 1Jac means I can ride my bike into the garage, lift it and turn the bike around 180 degrees ready to ride out of the garage, invaluable as my driveway has a reasonably steep slope. No more paddling down the driveway backwards and whilst turning on the road. All in all superb!! Thanks again Chris
William White, Kawasaki Versys 650 - 2015, Bangor, Wales - October 2015
Hiya mate, managed to set the lift up as soon as I got home. Absolutely chuffed to bits with it. Fantastic product, easy enough for a competent person to put together. Girlfriend is looking at me a bit weird though as it looks like I'm taking my bike for a walk around the garden haha. I shall definitely be recommending you to other people. Probably see you at NEC, Birmingham in November, thanks again
James Hilton, Honda Fireblade, Wakefield, UK - October 2015
The 1 jac was perfect to keep the tyre warmers on as long as possible as James moved towards the start line before flying down Bray Hill at the Isle of Man. Many thanks!
James Neesom - MGP winner 2014, Kawasaki ZX6, Scarborough, UK - September 2015
Just a quick thank you to Steve and Chris for overcoming the initial problems with the mounting plate for my bike. First class customer service, first class bit of kit, love it!!
Mark Winney Honda VF800VTEC, Hereford, UK - August 2015
Brilliant piece of kit, perfect solution for storage and maintenance! Be even better if the sleeve was available in black as the stainless finish looks a little out of place on the black frame - (found out today from 1Jac it can be done and just ordered one!) Highly recommended, great service and comms as well.
Alex Miles BMW 1000RR - 2015, Wakefield, UK - July 2015
Well pleased as i can now move the blade to the back of the garage without breaking my back. Just one thing, we found that when fitting the plate to the bike and tightened the adjustable spiggot up the plate couldn't be removed from the bike, after some measurements were taken we found that either the engine bolt slide fitting was too long by 2mm or the swinging arm one was 2mm short,we got around this by adding a 2mm washer to the swinging arm spiggot and all was well and the plate would slide on and off the bike perfectly, but like i said a great bit of kit and well worth the price, very best regards
Bob Smallwood, Honda 929 Fireblade, Northampton, UK - July 2015
Hi all at 1jac, Well I have to say one of the best bits of kit I have ever bought. I bought my bike lift at the show in London ExCel 2014 and finally got round to thanking you. It took a bit of messing about to get it level when assembling and a few frustrating moments but I got there in the end without phoning up for help. I use in my garage to move my bike about as one piece so much better for storing in tight places, cleaning, and best of all track days no more paddock stands. I soon got used to doing it on my own so straight back in the garage after a session on track, get off bike and roll lift into position, one lift and front and back wheel off the ground to fit the tyre warmers, "so easy"
Jim Kirkwood, Honda CBR1000RR, Kent, UK - July 2015
Took delivery of my 1jac 4 days earlier than expected, bonus! I had a slight problem when assembling so I phoned Chris the boss after 6pm on the off chance I could catch him still at work. Got through to mobile answer machine and 10 minutes later Chris returned my call. He explained to me what to do and even sent me pictures via email to help me with the set up. Piece of cake after that, my Ducati Diavel was off the ground. Fantastic piece of kit from 1jac and the utmost professional service. I would highly recommend Chris and 1jac. Many thanks.
Brin Tollick, Ducati Diavel, Wirral, UK - June 2015
The 1jac is a great piece of kit which was assembled quite easily .The transaction and delivery went very well so a big thank you to Chris and all the team. The B-king will be having the wheels painted soon so this kit will be very useful .THANKS again to all at 1jac.
Paul Watson, Suzuki B King, Alfreton, UK - June 2015
I saw the 1Jac demo at 2015 EXCEL motorcycle show and knew this was the best stand for my bike. On arrival of the stand, installation instructions were easy to follow and quick to assemble, it took only myself to get the stand frame assembly to fit to my bike, customer services were excellent and very quick to respond to any emails. Very satisfied customer, could not ask for better.
John Currier, Honda CBR600F, London, UK - May 2015
Just returned from holiday today and got the lift set up and fitted to bike works a treat. Great piece of kit, got it just in time before I gave myself a hernia trying to move the bike about. It is so easy to use and saves me loads of space in the workshop, every bike owner should have one. Many thanks
Dave Bachelor, Triumph Tiger Sport, Whitby, UK - May 2015
The 1jac was delivered more quickly than I expected and in a well communicated manner. It was very well packaged. Once out of the box it was clear that this was a very solidly made product with a quality finish. It took me 20mins of setting up so that it avoided the front/rear pegs, any bits of paint/bodywork and also to ensure that both wheels were off the ground. Washed the bike and tightened the chain with the bike on the stand and it makes life so much easier. Also can't believe how much space it now saves in my garage and the ease of its maneuverability. Excellent well-made product !
Steve Dawes, Ducati Multistrada, Milton Keynes, UK - May 2015
The 1Jac arrived in an especially snazzy box with the company logo engraved into the polystyrene packing. Simple to put together and reasonably straight forward to adjust to get the bike lifting level. The lift has proved to be a invaluable addition to my narrow garage and driveway, enabling me to spin the bike around on a six pence and store the bike upright taking up less space. The ease of maintenance is unreal and the lift very quickly pays for itself when doing work yourself and not paying high garage labour fees. I really wouldn't be without it now.
The company should be really proud of their customer service also. A truly customer focused company where nothing is too much trouble, something that is often missing from business's nowadays
Rob Hart, Triumph Speed Four, Worcester, UK - April 2015
The 1Jac makes life so much easier, not just during a race weekend, but at home too. After a race I can just ride directly into the awning, put the bike on the 1Jac, fit the tyre warmers and then simply spin the bike on the spot to face outwards again, not only ready to ride out again but also giving our sponsors better exposure to the passing public. After racing is over, working on the bike is nice and easy, even removing the rear shock is no problem, without the usual need for footpeg stands etc. Even without wheels in, the bike is still mobile within the awning or garage with the 1Jac being on castors. When we need more space, the bike us simply pushed tight against the side of the awning on the 1Jac.
If you find yourself at a Thundersport GB round this year, drop in and say hi and take a look for yourself.

I went to the 1jac website after coming across their advert in a motorcycle magazine and thought it would be a better option than the Machine Mart motorcycle dolly that I previously had. Although a lot more expensive than the dolly, it fitted the bill, as I have limited room in my garage and the dolly took up a lot of room and was awkward to manoeuvre. After ordering the 1jac for my Triumph Street Triple, the kit arrived within a short period and was well packaged. The standard of workmanship, materials and finish was excellent - hence the price. I did have some initial problems with assembly and installation for my Triple, although this was eventually sorted out thanks to telephone and email support from Chris and Steve.
I can honestly say that the 1jac was a worthwhile investment, it takes up little room as it is virtually part of the bike's footprint, and is far easier to move the bike around in the garage. A bonus point is that with the bike off the ground, the wheels are easy to clean and inspect, as is the final drive chain. What's not to like - I can thoroughly recommend this piece of kit. (Anyone want to buy a redundant Machine Mart dolly?!!!)
Ian Bishop, Triumph Street Triple, Devon, UK - April 2015
We've been using the 1Jac Bike Lift now for two racing seasons. We need to regularly lift our BMW1000RR race bike off it's wheels to calibrate the electronic suspension or to remove the forks so this stand is just perfect. It's solidly built and works smoothly and easily to lift the bike one handed. Once up in the air the bike stays secure and easy to wheel around if necessary, great piece of kit.
Michael Neeves, MCN Senior Road Tester, BMW1000RR, Kent, UK - April 2015
I stood on the offside foot peg while lifted and it never moved a mm. The front wheel has about 4 inches clearance when lifted which is plenty. Good luck for the future, it's a tremendous product and I'm one happy chappie, cheers!
Michael McGlashan, Suzuki GSXR750 K6, West Dumbartonshire, UK - April 2015
Best buy ever, what a piece of kit, would not be without mine and the after sales are A1
Mick Hughes - Triumph Street Triple, Manchester UK, April 2015
Saw the 1Jac at the NEC back in November and was impressed instantly. Once it arrived, nicely packaged I have to say, it took a little while to get the fitting kit attached to the bike, but Chris and the guys at 1Jac have been nothing but brilliant in getting the kit modified to fit the bike and can't thank them enough. No more 20-point turns in the garage for me now. A great piece of engineering, a great bunch of people and company, enough said really apart from...Get one ! Many Thanks .
Ian Murrow - Aprilia RSV1000R Factory, Rainham UK, March 2015
I purchased the 1jac at the NEC show last year and I was sold straight away, it is such a great concept if you have a confined space and have to move the bike around. It arrived well packaged and was already assembled, apart from wheels, I bolted the fixings to the bike and that's it. There may be cheaper similar products out there but I would recommend this one as it is British, top quality materials have been used and you can see it is built to last. I will be and have recommended this lifter to all my biking friends….Now the question is how much for a second one?!.
Clifford Bagg, BMW1000RR, Stevenage UK, March 2015
Saw the 1Jac stand at the London motorcycle show and thought "this looks interesting".
The guys at the show were fantastic in their approach, no hard selling, they explained how it all worked and just let the product sell itself! I was hooked, ordered it and within a fortnight it was here. As soon as it arrived I opened the box to find that it was all professionally packaged to protect it.
Most of the 1jac stand was already pre-assembled and the rest of the assembly was easy to finish off following the clear instructions. It truly is a quality product, easy to put together and even easier to use and the bike remains very stable when in the air! I will certainly be recommending the 1jac stand to all of my motorcycling friends.
Jack Halford Kawasaki ZX6R, West Sussex UK, March 2015
Quality product that I cannot believe wasn't conceived sooner! Solves a multitude of bike storage issues such as movement of the bike in confined spaces (bike can be turned on a sixpence) and allows for work to be carried out on the bike whilst on the stand including the removal of its wheels. Far more convenient than traditional paddock stands. Solid and easy to use. Also cannot fault the customer service.
Our first was ordered after the NEC show 13 and when we eventually came to set it up, we realised the frame fouled the kickstand on our Suzuki Bandit. We got in touch with Chris and within a week he and the engineer had been to our house and set up a new Jac to address this (they had revised the design between our order and when we came to fit it).
Upon order of our second stand I had to take my Triumph to Leeds for them to measure up for an appropriate fitting kit. I was only there an hour and within two weeks had my bike on my shiny new stand. Seriously impressed and will be using with all future bikes Cheers!
Mike Lees, Triumph Speed Four, Warrington UK, March 2015
My 1jac arrived in packaging befitting of a quality product, the polystyrene protection was embossed with the 1jac logo, nice touch. The assembly instructions were clear and the lift was put together without any problems, indeed the bike was off the ground in no more than 20 minutes from opening the box.
I have to say this is a well-made and engineered product; it looks great in orange matching my Repsol Blade perfectly. It feels solid even with 185kg of Fireblade off the ground and it is noteworthy that it does move your bike around the garage with ease. I was particularly impressed by how easy it is to use, it slide into the bike and lifts without effort.
Well done guys it’s a great product.
Carl Vickers, Honda CBR1000RR, Lincoln UK, February 2015
I saw this 1jac lift at the NEC Birmingham in December 2014 and straight away I was impressed at the demonstration and saw the potential and benefits I would get from using this simple but very sturdy lift.
The only thing I struggled with was trying to locate the pins in the bike while the handle was in its uppermost position I soon realised that the handle does not need to be in this position as all bikes are a different height, Chris and Steve supplied me with an alternative longer top pin as the original did tend to move out slightly when lifted the replacement pin sorted that problem now I can lift my bike and easily move it in any position I like, fantastic piece of kit well worth the money and I am very pleased, after service great if you need any help. Thanks
Geoff Myatt, Triumph Speed Triple, Stoke on Trent UK, February 2015
Airborne - a little bit of tweaking and it seems about right, the big old girl is front heavy, she moves around the floor better and seems to sit upright, much thanks for all your help over the last couple of days. I will send some piccis over when the weather gets a tad sunnier and probably see you at some of the upcoming shows, cheers
Ian Mcglinchey, Suzuki Hayabusa, St.Helens UK, January 2015
Excellent lift and excellent customer service from Chris and the 1 Jac team. The whole process was made easy and delivery was much quicker than expected. The quality of workmanship is second to none, would highly recommend
Robert Miller, Honda CBR600RR, Motherwell UK, January 2015
After working together with the engineers we successfully produced the kit for the Panigale 1199R and I am delighted to say the stand works great, thanks.
David Prentice, Ducati Panigale 1199R, Falkirk UK, January 2015
Love the stand, it is everything I hoped it would be and well worth the money.
John Davies, Ducati Multistrada, Swindon UK, January 2015
The bike lift arrived in good condition at the specified time. Thank you. Assembly and fitting was successful, but care was needed to ensure the necessary accurate alignment was achieved. Not a job to be rushed. As a 70 year old, 10 stone weakling, I do find the lift quite challenging and have to resort to using both hands to complete the operation. I do, for safety’s sake however, ensure that the brakes are on the lift to prevent any movement whilst lifting. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the advantage of easy machine movement is a revelation.
Barry Hickman, Suzuki GSXR750, Stafford UK, January 2015
I received my 1Jac on the 23rd Decemeber after some confusion, when I spoke to Chris he sorted it straight away. Very happy with the lift quality, it is brilliant and does exactly what I wanted it for and even better it matches my bike, blue!
Well done Chris and the guys at 1Jac - TOP JOB!!
Keith Barnard, Suzuki GSXR600, Sutton Courtenay UK, January 2015
It was a little fiddlier to fit than I expected but now that it is all set-up the stand is proving to be very useful. The stand not only compliments the bike beautifully and holds it securely off the ground but has also enabled me to liberate some working space in a very cramped garage; perfect for those of us with too many toys in the garage!
Thanks for all JAC¹s efforts in developing the special pin for the R version of the 1199
Ian Johnson, Ducati 1199R, Swindon UK, December 2014
Works very well, and as you can see from the photos I sent the bike can be moved easily into a very small space in what is unfortunately a very cluttered garage.(please believe me, it doesn't look like this very often). The system works very well, and requires very little effort to raise the bike from the ground. I thank you for the time taken to develop the appropriate pins, and hopefully you may even get some more sales for this model of Tuono. Thanks again.

Picked the stand up today, got it home he was like a kid with a new toy at Christmas, absolutely brilliant piece of kit, highly recommended. Big thanks to Chris and the boys, for a great service and setting it up for me.

David Gillick – Yamaha FZ1 – Barnsley UK – October 2014
Would like to personally thank Chris and the staff at 1jac for a brilliant service. The back up they provide after purchase cannot be beaten. These people certainly care about their customers and I would recommend them without any hesitation
Bryan Stanton – Honda CBR1000RR – Nottingham UK – October 2014
We used 1jac at the Manx GP, we were able to easily move the bike on Glencrutchry Road while keeping the tyre warmers in place! we will add some pics to Neesom Racing page shortly. Big thanks 1jac !!!! - Neesom Racing Team

I've recently added another bike to the GSXR-750 and together with my Son's bike, space in the garage is now very tight. I'm only using the Suzuki for track days, so I don't need to keep getting it in and out of the garage. I wanted a stand that would hold the bike upright and allow me to slide in and out of tight spaces etc. I looked at the Constands bike lift, but the 1jac is British built and much more solid, so I bought that despite the price premium of about £100. The Constands product is a Chinese copy. Getting the thing set up first time round is a bit of trial and error but once sorted it's easy to use & the bike is very securely held and easy to spin round / slide in and out of tight spaces. It's good for working on the bike and keeping the bike off the ground avoids the risk of flat spotting the tyres and putting any load on the suspension. Delivery was fast too. No affiliation, other than being a happy customer - Recommended.
Andy Tims - Suzuki GSXR750 - Surrey UK - August 2014
It's amazing! Really easy to manoeuvre my bike on it in the garage. It' makes it especially easy to clean my nice new shiny bike. I would highly recommend this stand to anyone. The colour matches my new bike perfectly. The staff at the Leeds office were extremely helpful and we even got cuppa when we went to pick the stand up. Many thanks to all involved in the process. Dave and Ann from Derby
Dave Heaps - Kawasaki Z1000 - Derby UK - August 2014
Well, it's been a couple of months since I bought my 1jac and having used it a lot, I thought I'd let you know how I'm getting on with it. Quite simply, it's brilliant. From sidestand to on the 1jac, lifted and wheeled away in 2 minutes - fantastic. I don't know how I managed before. I've not looked near my paddock stands since buying it. As promised, a couple of pics attached for your gallery, Thanks for all the help when I was deciding
Glen Sheppard - Triumph Speed Triple - Ellon UK - August2014
Chris, installed in 10 minutes and working great! Awesome customer service from you all. Thanks again
Gary Mason - Triumph 675 - Leeds UK - July 2014
She’s airborne.. really chuffed with the stand, what a difference from the Demon Tweeks stand that I have, very pleased. I think it’s worth mentioning that the guys at 1Jac sent out a modified pin section the next day for me as I have rear sets.. excellent service and credit where credit is due I'm not just saying this, but every time the bike goes in the garage now, its straight onto the stand.. love it! Just need to flog my DT Warrior stand now. Overall, really chuffed
Kevin Giles - Honda Fireblade - Aberdeen UK - July 2014
My 1Jac arrived today and has been successfully pressed into service, great piece of kit straightforward to set up and brilliant to be able to just spin the bike round inside the garage - also colour matches perfectly - you are right that every garage should have one! Many thanks for the excellent service
Gerry Baker - Ducati Multistrada - Norfolk UK- July 2014
I bought my 1jac specifically for use with my VFR750 & RC51 and they kindly supplied a kit to fit each bike. - So with the intention of changing the front end of my VFR to my RC51's original parts - yesterday I finally opened the box...! Took about 20 minutes to assemble & figure out how it works, a little tricky to set up at first but I soon got it perfect. Once I had tightened everything up it was just a matter of rolling the stand up to the bike, whilst holding the bike vertically and sliding it in, then lifting using the handle. The stand held the bike securely off the ground whilst allowing me to work on exchanging the front end without getting in the way at all. I didn't need to move the bike around, but tried it just to see how it worked before locking the wheels to place. All in all, it turned out to be a better product than I'd imagined and much of the time I just forgot the stand was there and the stand makes tinkering with the bike really easy.
Miguel Varella - Honda VFR - Japan - July 2014
I know there are a few lifts out there now for our bikes, a lot made in Germany. I did originally order a Constand, (German) but it came with the incorrect fitting kit for my Multistrada 1200, even though contact with the seller insisted it was the correct one. But I'm afraid it wasn't, so I had now choice to return it. A well built item, but no good if it doesn't work! Then I stumbled across this one whilst surfing the web, found out after they advertise on the Ducati forum! Dough!! And they're British! I spoke with Chris who was very helpfull and guaranteed their fitting kit would fit my bike, so order was duly placed. What a quality piece of kit, great value, well made and just as good if not better than the earlier Constands I had to return. 30 mins assembly and adjustment and the bike was suspended and on the lift, both wheels off the ground. Chris has even agreed to send me a black anodised top fitting sleeve nut to replace the silver one that comes in the kit, which I would like to replace, as this stays on the bike, and I think black would look better against the black frame. Only a small minor point, but I'm a bit like that! Nothing is to much trouble for these guys! They will even do you a custom paint job, if you so wish. We'll pleased, and would recommend if your looking for a great stand
Mark Hobson - Ducati Multistrada 1200 - Sheffield UK - June 2014
After owning an abba stand and putting it politely found the thing very poor . I've been mulling over what to buy. Was going to buy a warrior stand from demon tweeks but got told there were issues with the wheels and may have to wait several months. Others were German stands bursig and bike tower. Not knowing much about them . I've bought British and it is very usefull . Got sick of wheeling the bike back and forth to clean a few inches of each wheel at a time, also same for greasing the chain. Now it's a doddle. Being unsure as to if these were British or simply badged up, got invited to the workshop to check out where they are made. Chose my colour of stand and had one of the 1jac guys set the adaptor plate up for me. And that's it job done!
Steve Davison - Honda Fireblade - Selby UK - June 2014
Amazing piece of kit, quality made and worth every single penny. Everybody needs one of these for their bike, no more dodgy paddock stands for me EVER !!!!!!! Many Thanks Chris
Shaun Burgess - Aprillia Mille - Scunthorpe Uk - June 2014
"What a fantastic piece of kit!! My partner bought this for me as part of my 40th Birthday present on our visit to the MCN show at Excel. When it arrived I eagerly unpacked it to find they had painted the shuttle with 40th Birthday wishes as well as including the original shuttle I chose at the show!! On set up I found that the supplied kit did not fit my model of R6. A quick call to Nigel,(on a Saturday), discovered my model was a cross-over model and with a few pics of the frame sent over, and a trip to a few Yamaha dealers, Nigel was able to have the correct dimension kit fabricated for my model and sent back out to me. Excellent bit of kit, every bike owner should have one, fantastic service from purchase through to ownership, highly recommended!! Really big thanks to both Chris & Nigel for all their help with the 'Birthday shuttle' and fabricating a new kit"
Chris Grimes - Yamaha R6 - Cheshunt UK - June 2014
Wow! .... What can I say? So glad I took the plunge and bought one! Now to put the Abba on eBay! Cheers!
Andy Lee - Kawasaki ZX10R - Barnsley UK - June 2014
Absolutely brilliant invention, all this time I have struggled, now it is so easy I would advise anybody with not much space to buy one, even if you do have plenty of space this is the tool for you!!
John Parkes - Suzuki GSXR1000 K8 - Rotherham UK - June 2014
I purchased my Blue 1 Jac from Squires Cafe on Sunday, picked it up today and my R1 is now floating in my garage!! I now need a Red lift for my RVF nc 35, its a great peice of kit , fantastic service from the boys at 1 Jac, many thanks to Chris and Gary
Glenn Coburn - Yamaha R1 - Leeds UK - June 2014
Hi. I have just took delivery of my 1jac. It came well packaged in the box. The 1jac system was really easy to assemble. But as said in the brochure it is definitely advisable to get a mate to hold your bike so you can set up the 1jac easily. On set up I had my z1000 completely off the floor with no other adjustments to be made. The bike is really easy to manoeuvre about on my garage floor. I no longer dread removing wheels. Cherio paddock stands. Thanks again. Well worth the investment.
Troy Hincke - Kawasaki Z1000 - Somerset UK - May 2014
I use this for my 2014 Street Triple R and I'm more than happy with it. Even more happy with the customer service. Had a small issue with the wrong kit being sent to me but without delay the new lugs/pins etc were sent out for next day delivery. I've had contact with their mechanic guy Nigel who was more than happy speaking to me late on the evenings out of business hours and I've also had great customer support and continuous correspondence from Chris. This is the third bike lift I have had supplied, the other 2 were returned which says it all really.
Sam Park - Triumph Street Triple - Kenilworth UK - May 2014
What a Fantastic bike jack ! First saw at the 2013 NEC show and was very impressed ! The jack is well manufactured and easy to use and is perfect for my bikes storage & maintenance. Best item/ accessory I've purchased well recommended ! Thanks to Chris and all @ 1jac for their good service & aftersales help ! Cheers
Jason Shelton - Honda Fireblade - Nottingham UK - May 2014
I received my lift last week for my Daytona, three days after ordering it. I am delighted with it, it makes life so much easier in my garage as I have very little space. Having first seen it in MCN I am glad I ordered one, thanks to the lads at 1 Jac, great lift, great service, James
James Hawkins - Triumph Daytona 955 - Leeds UK - May 2014
I first saw the bike lift at a bike cafe at Helmsley where I met Nige the engineer and original inventor, I was blown away with the lift and decided to buy one Its EXCELLENT and as a result of great communication with Chris I ordered it on 30th April and I have today (2nd May) received it and my 749 is in the air!!!!! I would recommend this 1 Jac Lift to any biker, GREAT BRITISH PRODUCT - GREAT SERVICE, well done lads and thanks
Les Wells - Ducati 749 - Middlesborough UK - May 2014
Sorry for the delay in responding, but I have been away at work. Re the feedback, after initial teething problems which were sorted out by the guys I have had no problems with the jack. My only problem was setting it up missing the foot brake lever which has been resolved. Please find some pics attached if they are good enough you are welcome to use them for promotional stuff and I am happy to be contacted by potential customers.
Bob Bradshaw - Kawasaki ZZR14 - Blackburn UK, April 2014

I could make up quotes all day to praise this piece of essential hardware, its that good.
Ben Stoate - Cheltenham - Triumph Street Triple 675 - November 2014
The 1 Jac System has been a excellent buy and makes doing maintenance on the bike so easy. It makes life storing the bike easier also being able to push it into the corner instead of in the middle of the garage. The jacking system is so easy my 9 year old daughter can jack it up!
Chris Belchamber - Ducati 1098 - Whitby UK - April 2014
This item has been a godsend. I recently took delivery of my 1Jac which I purchased at the Scottish motorcycle show. Once you get it set up correctly it allows me to move my Ducati Diavel Strada around the garage freely allowing me to position the bike wherever I want. Thanks for a great product and great service.
Ian Main - Ducati Diavel - Aberdeen UK - April 2014
First saw 1 jac at Scottish show, had to have one! Ordered after show via phone, delivered in 5 days, well packaged and in perfect condition! 20 minutes to put together and tbe bike off the ground! Awesome!
Colin Bussey - BMW S1000RR - Ayrshire UK - April 2014
I am so pleased with my 1jac bikelift. The available space I have to park my bike in is very limited and it has always been a pain to get the bike in or out of this space but with this 1jac bikelift I can just lift the bike up and roll it back in to a very tight space with no problem at all, brilliant. The quality of the workmanship on this bikelift is first class and being able to have the bikelift colour matched to your bike is an added bonus. It's a great way to store your bike when it's not being used plus it makes it so much easier to work on the bike too. I was always kept informed as to how the process was going from when I placed my order through to when the 1jac bikelift was delivered. Both Chris and Nigel did everything they could to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new 1jac bikelift and believe me I am. Top guys and a great product, highly recommend. Patrick - Woodford Green
Patrick Hennessy - Honda Fireblade - Essex UK - April 2014
I chose to purchase a 1Jac bike lift for the following reasons: From an engineering point of view, the stand is impecably made and there is no flex in the stand whatsoever when lifting my bike. The curved fulcrum arm and wheel mounting arms are made of stainless steel and it comes in a choice of six colours The curved fulcrum arm and wheel mounting arms are made of stainless steel. Unlike other lifts, you don’t have to have messy grease smeared over the vertical guide post as the 1Jac is fitted with nylon friction sliders inside the lifting assembly. These nylon sliders also mean there is absolutely no play in the whole assembly, so my bike is exceptionally stable when on the stand. The stand itself is inclined about 2° away from the bike, so this and the adaptor pin fit, mean I’m confident that there is absoultely no chance of my bike falling off the stand when moving it - even out on my rather bumpy patio. The ordering process was straight forward and the delivery time was very good, with notification from both 1Jac Ltd and the courier company by email & text. An added bonus is that the courier company used, allows you to alter the delivery day to suit your needs. The stand comes very well packaged and the price includes the relevant stand adaptor for your bike. The old adage ‘you get what you pay for’ is certainly true in this case, and you have the satisfaction of knowing that the money you are spending is going to a UK company and it’s employees. NB the stainless parts that are presumably laser or water jet cut, do come supplied with very keen/sharp edges. It didn’t take me long, or worry me deburring it, but I thought I’d mention it. I wish you continued success with this great product, and yes I’m happy for you to put my comments above on your website
Liam Walsh - Honda Fireblade - Kent UK - April 2014
I would just like to say this bike lift is the best piece of kit ever. Many thanks for the superfast delivery and coms, I shall be recommending it to everyone, thanks again Davy.
Davy Maddox - Kawasaki ZX10R - East Kilbride - April 2014
I saw this stand at the NEC last year and I was immediately impressed. Although there wasnt a kit available for my bike, 1 Jac went out of their way to find a bike to measure, manufacture a kit so I could then place my order and 2 days later I had my lift. The quality is superb As it says in the instructions you definitely need two people for the original set up of the kit. Once fitted it is a doddle to use. My tyres and suspension are no longer in compression and I can spin the bike round with surprising ease 1Jac are a delight to deal with and the lift itself is faultless
Phil Coxon - Honda CB1300S - Hamps UK - March 2014
Quality Manufacturing. Quality Support. Quality Product. After having a little head scratching moment when fitting the 1JAC to my bike I talked directly to the inventor, Nigel, and we worked-out that Triumph had put some new generation parts on my previous generation 675 as it was a cut-over model. Nothing was too much trouble and I received new parts in the post within days. I'm very happy with the product and the support is fantastic. I'm happy I've bought from obvious enthusiasts and not just a faceless company. Get one bought.
Keith Morrison - Triumph 675 - Mobberley - March 2014
I must say I am really pleased with the bike lift that I saw at Motorcycle Live bike show and purchased from you that week. It is a fabulous lift and without doubt the best one I have ever seen. It was well packaged and so easy to build and set up for my new Multistrada. I even managed to set it up on my own though I did have to contact aftersales due to a wrong part being sent. After confirmation that it was wrong and photos being sent to your technical guy I was able to amend it myself without any hassle.
Steven McCloy - Ducati Multistrada 1200 - County Antrim - Feb 2014
High standards in design, engineering and production have ensured the 1jac motorcycle lift meets my requirements exactly It is robust enough to secure the bike but compact enough to compete with all the by-products of domesticity that currently clutter my garage One phone call quickly resolved an initial supply issue and the convenience of being able to explain my problem to a real engineer, in English on a Friday afternoon cannot be overstated. I would recommend this product to any motorcycle enthusiast
Duncan Payne - Honda CBF1000 - Southampton, UK - Feb 2014
I have to say the 1Jac is the best thing since sliced bread the build quality is second to none, so easy to operate and glides around with ease even on an uneven surface I ordered my 1Jac at Motorcycle Live right on the spot after one question ( will it fit my bike ) On arrival I was amazed at the attention to detail with the packaging no chance of any dents and scratches with the amount of polystyrene very well packed. When I first set it up it was a Sunday morning and had a slight problem getting the front wheel up I sent yourself an email and within 10 mins I had your engineer ringing me up, never in a million years did I expect that, after a short and very pleasant chat it was sorted and the front wheel was up many thanks. I am so amazed that I have recommended it to all my friends, I have even cost myself money as I now have front and back paddock stands for sale and even told an interested mate that he would be better off getting a 1Jac instead. A fantastic bit of kit I haven’t looked back I will never use paddock stands again. Thanks again you have made the chore of moving my bike around a dream
Nick Fogg - Triumph Speed Triple R - Leicester, UK - Feb 2014
I've found the bike lift itself a great piece of kit, great for space saving and easy to use. The ordering itself was very good as I got it from the bike show at the NEC, delivery time was good as it was around the Xmas period, packaging was very good, after sale was very good as I rang up with a fitting question and it got sorted their and then. I would recommend to anyone
Lee Twinning - Aprilia Tuono - Middlesborough, UK - Jan 2014
As you may recall I ordered the 1Jac as a Christmas present for my husband not really knowing what it was!!! You were very helpful as I ordered late, it was quickly dispatched, correctly packaged and an easy transaction. My husband is thrilled with it, and apparently it makes moving the bike around the workshop very easy, although I suspect he sits on the bike and wheels himself around while the weather in Devon does not allow him to ride it outside!!! (Apparently you are not supposed to do this!). I would not hesitate to recommend you as a company to other bikers and my husband would definitely recommend the product

I bought my 1Jac at the NEC after seeing James Ellison tweet about them. I was all set to buy an Abba stand at the show but was blown away by the 1Jac. It does everything I needed making cleaning, wheel changes and moving a breeze. The customer service has been outstanding, probably the best company I have ever dealt with for communication and fills me with confidence that should I need help in the future it will be at hand.

I can't rate this bit of kit highly enough, it's fantastic. I am an engineer by trade in sheet metal and fabrication and I have to say the build quality is fantastic also. Instructions are clear and well thought out so that anyone with any common sense can assemble the unit with ease. Thanks again

I have been looking for a stand ever since I have owned a bike that does everything that 1Jac does but it never existed before. No longer do I have to worry about my tyres when stood for a long period of time; it is so easy to clean the bike and oil the chain and I can move it anywhere with ease. Customer service is excellent. I was kept fully informed about delivery a time of which was mutually agreed and it arrived promptly with clear instructions. The 1Jac was quick and easy to install and it is incredibly easy to move my bike around allowing it to be stored in the tightest of places without any effort. Plus I can turn it to the right direction for driving off instead of the difficult reversing manoeuvres required previously. Excellent build quality and design and at a price that is affordable. I have nothing but praise for your lift and your company, well done.

After your show at Motorcycle Live in Birmingham, I felt that it must be tested on my Daytona 675. The lift is now installed and adjusted, and working perfectly. I am now waiting only for the summer, so I may try it out on the race courses. Also I want to thank you for the good service and good communication
Rolf Nilsson - Daytona 675 - Sjobo, Sweden - Jan 2014
Many thanks for the help and encouraging my wife to buy, my best Christmas present! My Fireblade is now in its new resting place - It all went together very easily and fits a treat.

No problems with the lift. It does exactly what it says on the tin. My bike is on it now, in bits!!

I believe I was one of your first customers when you first took the Lift to Squires Cafe at Sherburn in October. Initially I had a couple of small issues of which you where more than happy to sort out. Now I can say I am really pleased with the Lift. No more paddock stands, the Lift makes moving and working on the bike so much easier. Many thanks Darren Lewis - ZX10

After a chance meeting, I heard about the 1jac stand, but at that price, I was unsure if it was going to be that good a replacement for my paddock stands as I was told.... How wrong could I be... A professional quality bit of kit, dealt with by a friendly but professional bunch of... well, 'Bikers'..... Im glad I've got mine now before the word gets around and there's a waiting list.

The 1jac looks superb on the Aprilia Tuono. The quality of the materials and the engineering are top notch. Then you use it! Its so simple to use and within 5 secs both wheels are off the ground. Brilliant! I bought it mainly because I have a steep drive to my garage and this always meant backing the bike down the drive or riding down it and then doing a 20 point turn within the garage so I could ride it back out. Not now though, I turn it safely around on the 1jac and push the bike back against the wall giving me more space too. I think the paddock stands will go too as wheel changes are so much easier because there is nothing in the way to restrict your access, check out the photos in the gallery! Thanks to Steve who really looked after us brilliantly organising the specifics of our orders and bike set up, a real personal touch

“Having been a bit sceptical initially I now wouldn’t be without it, no more paddock stands!! Great value for money, very reliable and great customer service”
Chris Walker – Fireblade - Leeds, UK – Aug 2013
“When I first saw the 1Jac I was blown away by its design, stability and ability to move my bike with the wheels removed. I had to have one to replace my conventional paddock stands, so bought one and absolutely love it. It makes bike storage easier as bikes can be lifted and spun into tight spaces with ease. As for the customer service I have received since my purchase, it has been second to none. To have a piece of equipment and have queries about it answered by the man who has invented and developed it is fantastic. I am not generally an easily pleased customer but I am happy to recommend to anyone the product and service I have had.

“Well and truly happy, saves me a lot of time and effort when doing maintenance on my bike”
